This site is intended to ‘call out’ (using a hackneyed modern phrase) appalling service or products. However, the content will not focus on individuals ; everyone interacting with customers has off-days for a myriad of reasons and the author does not want to indulge in the sort of personal vilification so prevalent in Social Media.

Rather, this is about exposing unacceptable organisational and management failings which is baked into the way a company or institution works, and in particular how this affects the way that they interact with, and are perceived by, the public – you and me.
